There is also a 5% Convention Center Fee.  There are early duck specials for those wishing to tour early in the morning.
 

Hours -

Tours from the Museum of Science and Prudential Center depart every hour or half hour from 9 am until an hour before sunset. Aquarium departure times vary so please check back frequently.

    When departing from the Prudential Center or Museum of Science, The Boston Duck Tour is 80 minutes and about an hour when it leaves from the New England Aquarium. The water portion is 20 minutes of that time. Evening Boston Duck Tours are about 20 minutes shorter than daytime tours.
