Boston Museum of Fine Arts: Centuries of Culture

Discover one of the most eclectic and all encompassing art museums in the world. This century-old Boston museum and has one of the largest Impressionist collections and houses nearly 450,000 pieces of art. The Boston Museum of Fine Arts offer vast collections that include Egyptian artifacts, French impressionist, post-impressionist, 18th and 19th century American art, and Asian art, as well as a Japanese Garden. Guests can also partake in advanced educational programs and many special exhibitions year round. In fact, the museum is affiliated with the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, with a satellite museum in Nagoya, Japan. Visitors can shop at one of three gift shops for eclectic souvenirs and dine at one of four restaurants.

Adults: $25; Seniors (65+), Students (18 ): $23
Children: (7-17): $10 (6 and under): Free
All children are Free on Weekends, weekdays after 3:00 p.m. and school holidays.

  • Where Can I park At the Boston Museum of Fine Arts?

    There are three parking area for MFA: the Huntington Lot, the Fenway Lot, and the Museum Road Garage, all of which have entrances on Museum Road. The Huntington lot offers closer parking to the Huntington Avenue Entrance and the Fenway parking lot is more accessible to the State Street Corporation Fenway Entrance. Keep your parking ticket with you; all parking facilities are automated. Scan your membership card to receive the discounted rate.
